1st National Assembly of AMM Slovakia
On November 23, 2024, the 1st National Assembly of the Association of the Miraculous Medal (AMM) in Slovakia was held in Nitra at the Provincial House of the Daughters of Charity, which also serves as the central house of the AMM Slovakia. The assembly brought together 140 active members, along with the AMM President, Silvia Lehutová, National Director Fr. Jozef Noga, CM, three regional Sisters—Sr. Alena Jurkyova (North), Sr. Maria Gostikova (West), and Sr. Gemma Blaskova (East)—the Sister Coordinator Sr. Agnesa Surinova, and Sr. Renata Bezakova, who is responsible for the spiritual formation of active members.

The event began with a welcome speech from the AMM President, who greeted participants and explained the purpose of the assembly. This was followed by the presentation of candidates for regional representatives, culminating in elections where each region selected its representative.

After the elections, Fr. Jozef Noga delivered a presentation that was followed by group discussions and brainstorming sessions. The assembly then transitioned to a spiritual component with the celebration of the Holy Mass, followed by Eucharistic Adoration. The day concluded with a presentation by Sr. Renata Bezakova, DKL, on the theme of St. Joseph and his love for the Holy Family.

15th Anniversary of AMM Slovakia
In addition to the assembly, AMM Slovakia celebrated its 15th anniversary. The association was officially established on November 27, 2009, in Košice.

To mark this milestone and the Feast of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal, regional centers across Slovakia organized celebrations using specially prepared materials. These events were a joyful reflection on the past 15 years of devotion and service, renewing the mission of the AMM in Slovakia.
